Hello and Yasas! My name is Nicko Poulias. I am the owner/founder of Pikilia LLC. My Greek culinary journey began when I was 12 years old thrown into a kitchen and being a dishwasher. Working my way up to serving and eventually finding my place in the kitchen. I love the flavor that Greece has to offer. Fresh, authentic, healthy and vibrant food.
Pikilia (Peek-E-Leah). Translates to "a little of everything" has a variety of options to choose from. Whether you're craving a nice hand wrapped spanakopita (spinach pie), hand rolled dolmades (stuffed grape leaves), hand layered Baklava or just a fat stack of hand shaved gyro meat. We got you.
